For the whale watching cruise:
The whales are in our area between August and October.

Costa Rica is one of the best places in the world to spot Humpback Whales on their migratory route from the South Pacific to the North Pacific and back. This cruise allows you to see them up close.
As this is nature and wildlife, there is no guarantee you will spot whales, however, the chances are very high

Description
We will meet and greet you 30 minutes before the departure time at our office at Marina Pez Vela.
We are located next to the ATM in the marina’s main building at sea level.
Look out for our BRISA ELEGANTE sail ship banner or ask any marina guard in a yellow shirt. They are happy to guide you to our office.
We leave the Marina Pez Vela to start the cruise past Parque Nahomi, setting sails, and following the coastline along Manuel Antonio beach, cruising past Isla Olocuita and Isla Mogote and into the bay of Playa Puerto Escondido with an extraordinary view of the untouched National Park rainforest. We anchor near Playa Biesanz for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and jumping into the water.

The prices of our services on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to the local Costa Rican IVA of 13%.
The prices will be charged in US Dollars (USD).
For cancellations received, the following cancellations charges will apply 4 hours day cruise.
For cancellations up to 24 hours before the cruise B E Cruises LLC Ltda. will be offering 100% credit on payments made.
Credit will be valid for 365 days from your original booking date and to be used towards a shared cruise later.
Special events: For cancellations up to 30 days or more before departure: full refund 29 days before departure: 100% of the charter price Government restrictions: B E Cruises LLC Ltda. will be offering 100% credit on payments made.
Credit will be valid for 12 months from your original booking date and to be used towards a shared cruise later.
No refunds for no-shows or if you miss the boat. It remains the responsibility of the client to ensure they are at the designated marina on time.
WEATHER Cruises will go out in wet weather.
No refunds/rebooking for cancellations due to poor weather unless B E Cruises LLC Ltda. is forced to cancel for safety reasons.
